For more information about your mobility opportunities email the Student Experience Team or make an appointment to visit us in the Business School Employability Hub

Study or work abroad

Undergraduate students may have the opportunity to spend a year studying or working overseas. Immersing yourself in another culture will help you learn more about yourself and help you develop your personal skills. It will also help you develop and deepen your understanding of the academic subject which you are studying.

Studying abroad gives you the opportunity to work and live with people from across the world while building your international networks and enhancing your global perspective. Contact the Student Experience team for more information about Studying Abroad.

Summer Schools

International Summer School programmes overseas are an opportunity for you to do a short physical or virtual study placement typically lasting from two to four weeks. Summer Schools provide an opportunity for you to meet other students and create an international network of friends. Participants come from all over the world and have different cultural and academic backgrounds. Speak to the Student Experience team to find out more. The opportunities available vary from year to year.

We can offer Stage 2 students the opportunity to take part in Global internships at home or abroad in a variety of locations. Internships are unpaid and last between four and six weeks. All internships take place during the summer vacation period. Competition for places each year is high. To make sure you're well prepared we encourage you to visit the Careers Service. They can review your application and provide interview practice. Internship programmes vary, so please read all the information provided before submitting your application.
