My overall research focus is on understanding organisational change as a discursive, political and strategic project under conditions of neo-liberalism and managerialism. Since 1991, I have published over 50 refereeed journal articles and 10 book chapters. More than 25 of my journal articles have been published in 4-rated [ABS list] outlets.

I teach on our Doctoral modules, NBS8554 and NBS8556. I am module leader for the UG module BUS3052 [dissertation]. I will be on sabbatical in semester 2 of academic year 2016-7.
