Feeling stretched and struggling to switch off? This 60-minute, interactive webinar will share practical ways to recognise burnout, set clear boundaries and create healthy routines that stick. The session is led by wellbeing coach and Newcastle University EMBA graduate Bethany Ainsley, CEO of OptiMe.

She hosts The Wellbeing Uprising podcast and is the author of Don’t Burn Out, Stand Out.

Her work helps individuals and organisations bring together purpose, balance and performance.
