The online session will provide an overview of the challenges in digital marketing. It will explore how consumer attitudes and beliefs are changing.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the digital world, this interactive session will allow you to engage with real-life examples to better understand how consumer attitudes are evolving.

About the host

Kirk Dodds is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Newcastle University Business School.

He began his career in industry with notable roles at Unilever and Lotus. These positions provided broad exposure to all facets of marketing, with a particular focus on digital marketing and continue to shape his academic and practical interests.

Upon returning to the Northeast, Kirk transitioned into education, where he discovered a passion for teaching. His work in the classroom sparked a deep interest in using digital marketing to tackle societal problems, while using data to inform decisions.
