Introduction to MBA Talent Book
Session overview
This session is suitable for students joining the Newcastle University MBA in September 2025.
Every year, Newcastle University Business School produces the MBA Talent Book. We use this to market the skills and experiences of our fantastic MBA candidates by sharing their CVs. It's used both during and after the programme.
However, preparing the Talent Book can be time-consuming. To help speed up the process, we're giving our incoming class the chance to prepare their submissions before they begin the MBA programme.
In this online workshop our MBA Careers Consultant Cian O’Sullivan will introduce you to the MBA Talent Book. He will explain what the school uses it for, and how to build your CV for submission.
About the host
Cian O'Sullivan has over a decade of experience working in a variety of educational institutions and roles in Ireland, the UK and South Korea. He previously worked in the University of Sunderland's career service. His role focused on supporting graduates with their careers after they left university.
Cian is the Careers Consultant for postgraduate courses at Newcastle University Business School. He also works within the central University careers service.
