Entry requirements
- A 2:2 honours degree, or international equivalent, in any subject
- Applicants with lower or non-standard qualifications and relevant industrial experience will be considered on an individual basis
- You are expected to have a minimum of 3 years’ leadership/management experience
You must be contributing to an organisation in a voluntary, paid or employed capacity in any sector

Couse overview
During the nine-month programme learners will develop their critical reflexivity and analysis skills. They will also deep dive into leadership theory through the lens of their own leadership practice.
The programme comprises the following three 20-credit modules at Level 7:
- Leading People and Organisations
- Developing your Leadership Mindset
- Leadership for the Future of Work
This provides advanced learning and development.
Social learning with the cohort is central to this programme. Learners are encouraged to share their leadership practice knowledge.
Learners capture their insights and ongoing development through critical reflexivity which becomes a lifelong learning and leadership development skill.
