- Responsible for supporting the delivery of software, helping to develop and support collaborating researchers by determining new/modified systems to support the project aims.
- Contribute to the selection and use of software infrastructure, including technologies for version control, continuous integration, deployment and code review.

- Collaborate with other researchers to develop appropriate technical solutions to research problems.

Software delivery: Successfully deployed a cloud payment system (CPS).
Integration of CPS platform with oracle database and other third-party client systems (e.g. SMSC, USSD, STK, Bank)
Troubleshooting found issues; Issue resolution within given timelines.
Onsite maintenance and technical support thus ensuring minimal downtime for customer’s CPS operations team.
Carried out quarterly patch installations and periodic hardware expansions.
Worked in the role of a solution analyst (SA); Effectively collaborating with customers to develop appropriate technical solutions to their requirements.

Experience of Research Projects:
- Implemented a privacy-aware cloud ecosystem to enhance GDPR and privacy compliance in the multiple cloud systems. (PACE: EPSRC – EP/R033293/1 in collaboration with Cardiff University & UCL)
- Developed the live feed panel on the dashboard to monitor Twitter streams. (Landslide: NERC– NE/P000681/1).
- Developed and implemented an algorithm for the coordination (load balancing) of edge resources in a three-tiered (IOT/edge/cloud) network model with inter-layer communications. (Osmotic MindSphere: Research England- P35792/BH192113)
- Developed a system to reorganise the immense data collected (over 10000 sensors) in the Newcastle University Urban Science Building and providing API endpoints and a web interface to allow data queries and analysis of the building data.
