All the information you need to attend PASS 2026.
You're going to the PARTNERS Academic Summer School
PASS 2026 will take place from Sunday 28 June to Friday 3 July 2026
The summer school is delivered in two parts; half online and half on campus:
- in-person days will take place on campus at Newcastle University
- online days will be delivered via Canvas, Newcastle University's virtual learning environment
I really enjoyed the summer school; it helped me feel more confident about the city, the course, and meeting new people.

- attend all compulsory timetabled sessions, in person and online between Sunday 28 June and Friday 3 July
- complete all tasks and assignments as directed, by the deadline set by your strand leader
- complete the HE skills module, the careers and employability module, and attend one of the live ask the experts webinars within the PASS Hub Canvas Community in your own time by 6 July
- abide by the behavioural expectations outlined in the Code of Conduct
- complete the PASS evaluation form by 17 July - this will be sent to you on 10 July
