Introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about what you've done since graduating

I went on to complete an MSc in Translating at Heriot-Watt University. I then took a temporary project management position at a translation agency in Surrey, before moving to Cardiff to start my current, permanent position as a project manager at another translation and interpreting agency.

Why did you choose to study at Newcastle University?

The university had a high ranking and the course contained a good range of modules that were relevant to real-world language use.

Absolutely, it has been essential to my career in the translation industry.
