Why did you choose to study at Newcastle University?
I fell in love with the city as soon as I went to the open day! I loved how friendly everyone was; it was just a lovely place to be.
Aside from that, the modules looked really interesting and I loved the variety of languages on offer. I even took the opportunity to pick up Chinese!
What did you enjoy most about your time at Newcastle University?
My year abroad was definitely the highlight! I have such fond memories of my time in China and experiences that I will carry with me for a lifetime.
I'm also really proud of how much I learned that year – my language skills really developed.
