Biography
I am a scholar in built environment management and an experienced property valuation professional, combining extensive practical experience with academic expertise. My teaching philosophy is practice-led, integrating real-world insights with theoretical knowledge to prepare students for professional careers.
I have 26 years of experience in real estate valuation, working according to European, international, and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) standards, and have taught property valuation to professionals across Europe for over 15 years. Since September 2022, I have lectured at Newcastle University on RICS-accredited programmes.
Multilingual in English, Lithuanian, and Russian, with beginner skills in Mandarin, I actively mentor students, bridging the gap between industry practice and academic scholarship.
