Jurgita Banytė is a dedicated and dynamic professional with strong expertise in researching the property industry. Extensive experience in property valuation, financial and economic data assessment, and commercial property market analysis. Multilingual proficiency in English, Lithuanian and Russian. RICS Registered Valuer (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
She managed a research project to create a framework for sustainable commercial property market management, covering various European countries, including the UK, France, Germany and Sweden. Produced a comparison of commercial property markets of the countries using a questionnaire approach, statistical data analysis and multiple decision-making techniques.
