Project details
My PhD research is titled "Conceptualizing the Strategic Role of Technology Transfer Office Directors' Engagement with Stakeholders within the Entrepreneurial University Ecosystem".
The first paper presents a systematic literature review examining the role, identity ambiguity, and institutional legitimacy of Technology Transfer Office directors.
Building on this foundation, the second paper investigates how TTO directors' role identity is defined and perceived by both the directors themselves and key stakeholders, and identifies the key constructs that shape this role identity.
The third paper explores the institutional legitimacy challenges experienced by TTO directors in performing their roles and examines the mechanisms through which they establish, maintain, and strengthen their legitimacy within the entrepreneurial university ecosystem.
