DSCB - Dependable Services For Competitive Bidding on the Internet

Auctions involve competitive bidding among buyers and sellers of goods, and their provisioning places new demands from the underlying distributed computing infrastructure. The overall objective of this project is the development of a distributed systems architecture for dependable Internet based services for online competitive bidding, meeting the requirements of data integrity, responsiveness, fairness and scalability.
