Computing Experience Day

These events are designed for Year 12 students who are interested in pursuing a degree in Computing. Experience Days offer a valuable opportunity to experience university life, learn about the different Computing disciplines and careers.

You will get the opportunity to see our fantastic School of Computing facilities and even have a chance to use some of the equipment in a practical hands-on activity! This is a fantastic opportunity for future computer scientists, game engineers, software engineers or cyber security experts and this event is something you can utilise for personal statements.

We are holding our Engineering Experience Day on the following dates:

• Wednesday 10 December 2025
• Wednesday 4 March 2026

The day will likely run from 09:45AM to 2:45PM.

If your application has been successful, you will receive a confirmation via email. We will also inform those who have not been successful in gaining a place on the event. Available for booking by teacher-led school groups or individual students.
