How can they help?

The Library's staff can help you with everything to do with finding, managing and using information, whether it is from our Library or elsewhere:

You can access many of the Library's resources online, but if you'd rather visit in person, there are four Library buildings, each with a range of attractive individual and group study spaces.

Quick queries

The Library Help team are available 24/7, to help you get the best out of the resources and services. You can ask for help in person at any staffed service desk or information point. Library Help is also available via email, phone, online knowledgebase, tweet or live chat.

Book a one-to-one

You can book a one-to-one with the Liaison Team for more specialist, in-depth help, for example, in preparing a literature search for your dissertation or thesis.
