NUBS Women's Network

About the network

Since October 2025, the NUBS Women's Network has been committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive community. We aim to connect and empower women across our staff and student body.

Our mission is to create a space for collaboration, mentorship, and mutual support, where women can share experiences, grow together, and champion equality within business and academia.

We provide a welcoming space and supportive community for women of all disciplines who experience the challenges and impact of gender imbalance in their studies and/or careers.

The network is open to NUBS students, staff and external business partners who self-identify as women.

As a new international student, joining this network has been such a gift and the December meet-up felt incredibly wholesome and enriching, especially getting the chance to meet alumni and engage with powerful, inspiring women from industry.

I had a lovely time on the West End Women and Girls Centre farm visit – so happy to meet and connect with new people. Thank you to the wonderful team for organising it.

The October 2025 launch event was one of the most beautifully organised events I have ever seen.
