My name is Isma Sadaf, and I hold a PhD in Economics. Over the past six years, I have gained extensive experience as an educator and researcher, working with students from diverse backgrounds and equipping them with a deep understanding of economic principles and applications. I began my teaching career as a lecturer at the International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan, where I improve my skills in engaging with students and delivering impactful lectures. Currently, I am an associate lecturer at Newcastle University Business School in the United Kingdom. This role has provided me the opportunity to further develop my teaching and mentoring expertise, fostering an environment where students are encouraged to think critically. I am passionate about helping my students succeed and feel confident in my ability to guide and support them throughout their academic journeys. My teaching philosophy centers on clarity, accessibility, and engagement. With my background in research and teaching, I am dedicated to guiding students with academic growth, confidence, and preparedness for their future careers.
