Teaching Rationale And Relationship

This module will include 10, two hour workshops combined with a one hour weekly online drop in session. The workshops will include the delivery of lecture content, combined with a significant amount of group activities. Students will also have the opportunity to share their thoughts, opinions and reflections both in class and online via their own personal blog.

Assessment Rationale And Relationship

The following three forms of assessment will be utilised on this module:

  • Reflective blogging. Students are asked to write a number of reflective blogs (500-750 words). Formative feedback is provided on each blog and the students are free to improve their blogs until the final deadline.
  • Reflective vlogging. Students will also be challenged to produce a number of vlogs (5 minutes).
  • Individual/group presentation.
