Northcote Postgraduate Scholarship for Study in Australia
Applications are invited from students normally resident in the United Kingdom wishing to undertake a higher degree at an Australian University for a period of up to three years.

There are no limits on the field of study but applicants must demonstrate a clear reason for the study to be undertaken in Australia. The Trustees will only accept applications for PhDs and Master’s programmes with a significant research-based component. Please note the Trust does not support solely professional qualifications for Master’s level study. Recently funded projects can be viewed on our website.
The Scholarship provides:
- a student economy class return airfare to Australia
- payment of compulsory course fees at an Australian University
- standard OSHC health insurance
- visa cost
- a stipend of up to A$38,000 per annum (paid quarterly)
- a one-off establishment cost payment of A$2,000
