Background
Simon M. Lambert received the MEng (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2008 and PhD in 2012 both from Newcastle University in the UK. In 2009 and 2010 he was a visiting researcher at Zhe Jiang University in China. In 2011 he joined the Electrical Power research group at Newcastle University as a member of staff. As a Senior Research Associate he is currently conducting and managing research projects concentrating on integrated drives and automotive battery production, management and characterisation.Publications
