Buckfastleigh Broadband Community Network is a longitudinal project over 2 years, examining the perceptions within the rural town community of Information & Communication Technology (and specifically broadband); why these perceptions and expectations exist and how these change over time; and the processes of entrepreneurial innovators and their aims of inclusion of the wider community in the project.
