BUCS have made the difficulty decision to cancel their league and cup programme for the 2020-21 season. Newcastle, along with the other 4 NE Universities, are reviewing if it is going to be possible to stage some local sports fixtures between ourselves for the summer term.
BUCS are currently reviewing their events programme and the hope is that some BUCS events will be taking place in Term 3 eg Rowing Regatta, 24-26 June 2021. Newcastle will be monitoring which events BUCS propose to host and will then liaise with the relevant AU Clubs to assess the viability of Newcastle Teams and individuals entering these event.
If AU Clubs have any queries please contact the AU Officer, Benthe Tanghe, via e-mail at au.union@ncl.ac.uk
