Delegate Information

Thank you for deciding to join us at the next Newcastle University Research Facilities event. We look forward to seeing in July. Arrival

On the day, please report to the Boiler house from 9am where we will greet you and provide you with your name badges, conference information and pack.

Tea and coffee will be available on arrival.

If you are presenting, you will be introduced to our AV team, who will discuss arrangements for stage management/sound.

Photographer

A photographer will attend the event from 09:00 – 17.00. Please let us know if you have any photos that you wish to be taken for your own channels, or alternatively if there are any individuals that do not wish to be included in photography. This will be recorded on the day by our registration team. Our general GDPR statement for photography is below:

“I permit Newcastle University to use a photograph of me, or images provided by me, (which may include the use of my name and company) in electronic and printed publications and media produced by the University and in electronic and printed media that promote the University. I consent to the images being stored on the University Image Library for a minimum of 3 years.”
