Support for grief and loss, with compassion
Coping with bereavement and grief is different for everyone. This is a friendly support group, here, you'll learn about grief, chat, listen, and support each other. All experiences are welcome, no matter who you’ve lost, how long ago, or how you’ve dealt with grief so far.
There is never any pressure to share if you don’t want to. Listening to others and sharing when you feel ready can help you understand your experience better. It can make you feel less alone and help you find your own coping methods.
The group meets every month, we know student life is busy, so join us in a way that suits you best. Trained therapists from the Student Health and Wellbeing Service facilitate sessions. You'll have space to reflect and develop self-awareness and communicate with others.
