Share your love of languages
Help create a positive view of Modern Foreign Language learning among local school children, and inspire them to continue with their language learning beyond KS3.
As a Language Resource Centre (LRC) Student Language Ambassador, you will welcome groups of school children to our Language Resource Centre, and share the reasons why studying a language is so important - even if not being studied as a degree.
You'll be:
- delivering fun presentations and activities to a wide range of groups
- giving tasters of language and culture
- campus tours and even helping with Open Days
The role of an LRC Student Language Ambassador is varied, fun and a great way to make a difference among local young people.
Through the role working alongside fellow ambassadors, you'll build your planning, collaboration, creative thinking and communication skills. By working with school children, you'll strengthen your adaptability and influencing skills.
