Become confident with how you communicate
Do you ever say “yes” when you want to say “no”? It can leave you feeling frustrated, resentful, or regretful later.
Perhaps you find it difficult and anxiety provoking to speak up, express your views, or communicate what you really think, feel and need? If so, you are certainly not alone.
This interactive session is fun and informative. You’ll learn why speaking up can be tough. Also, you’ll think about your own communication style and ways to improve it. Setting boundaries and asking for what you need can improve relationships. It helps you deal with challenging situations more successfully. Join us to learn effective ways to express yourself clearly, confidently, and respectfully. This will lead to better relationships, deeper self-awareness and resilience.
