Break the low mood cycle
Low mood can feel like a trap that’s hard to escape. It can make you feel negative, worried, tired, and unmotivated.
This one-day workshop will help you explore the cycle of low mood. You’ll find out what happens in the brain and body. You’ll understand how low mood can affect your thoughts, sleep, and emotions. You’ll learn how to break free from this repetitive cycle.
Reflecting on your own habits, you’ll grow in self-awareness and independence. You’ll find ways to manage your emotions and think more positively. You’ll also explore lifestyle changes that could improve your wellbeing and self-management.
Although the workshop is interactive, you won’t be pressured to share your thoughts. Instead, the session will be informal and supportive.
