Gambling support

If you are concerned about the gambling you are participating in or the gambling of someone you know there are services available to support you at this time.

Gambling can be addictive and can cause damage to yourself and your relationships.

If you feel that you need some support to stop or reduce your gambling:

  • Gamstop is a free service which enables you to self-exclude from all UK licensed gambling sites via a single interface.  A short video on how to register for this free service is available at https://vimeo.com/744918291

  • Your bank may also be able to offer the option of blocking yourself from making gambling transactions.

If you choose to participate in gambling:

  • set money and time limits
  • only spend what you can afford to lose
  • avoid gambling alone or when you are upset or stressed
