North East Legacy
The North East Legacy programme for 18–25-year-olds takes place on 6 and 7 October in the North East.

Thanks to sponsorship from Newcastle City Council, Northumbrian Water, NCG, Co.North, Newcastle University and Newcastle Building Society, the North East Legacy programme is free-of-charge to all young people living, working and studying in the region.
The programme is designed to connect young people with a diverse group of their peers as well as to established leaders. It will provide insights into what matters locally as well as giving them the skills, confidence, and voice to be strong leaders of the future.
Young people can apply on the North East Legacy website – it only takes a few minutes. The programme reviews applications on a rolling basis so the sooner they are received, the more likely they can guarantee a place on the programme.
