The FREE 'Inspiring Women' Conference 2016 aims to create a state of mind or attitude that inspires women to help them achieve their full potential’

 

This conference is open to all self-defining Women

 

 

More than 60% of the world’s university graduates are women. Women undertake over 50% of organisational management roles and are responsible for 70% of household budget management.

 

Yet across the world they are still underrepresented in the most senior roles even though in many cases young women out perform their male peers. However the good news is that more and more organisations now realise that a gender balanced leadership team delivers better and more sustainable performance.

 

Aspiring leaders need aspiring role models and roadmaps and I am confident that this year’s Inspiring Women will fulfil this need with excellent contributors and dynamic workshops.

TV presenter Charlie Webster is a passionate and outspoken women’s rights campaigner, specifically on sexual and domestic abuse. Always one to push herself to extremes, Charlie has used running to raise money for women’s issues. She completed an Iron Man last year has just run the LA Marathon. She will be running the London Marathon this year in aid of a Centrepoint, a charity that works with homeless young people. Charlie understands that a great number of social problems for young people is linked of abuse; "if we can stop the abuse, we can create a better society for everyone".'

 

 

Penni Blythe is the founder of The Centre for Creative Change (C4CC) where she offers a bespoke Coaching and Leadership service . The work she accept is with those hungry for a process of reinvention. Through her work, she is inviting and inciting people to hear, honour and celebrate the lives of women. 

 

Muzoon fled with her parents and three younger siblings to Jordan in 2013, and lived first in Zata'ary camp in Jordan then in al-Azraq refugee camp. She has been dubbed the 'Malala of Syria' for her campaign to keep Syrian girls like her in the camp’s makeshift school, rather than being married off.
