The aim of this workshop is to suport members of Athena SWAN Self-Assessment Teams preparing for Bronze and Silver submissions.  At the end of the session, attendees can expect to have a clear understanding of how to create SMART actions (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound), collate evidence and evaluate impact for Silver awards.
