As Director for Student Success at Newcastle University, Naomi leads on careers, employability and enterprise, the student experience, the operational coordination of Lifelong Learning and CPD and a range of cross institutional projects. Her work focus is on creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students by co-creating the student experience and working across the University functions to deliver what the students need. As co-chair of the Race Equality Charter Implementation and Action Group and Chair of the Newcastle University Race Equality Network, she is committed to working with colleagues to challenge and address issues of systemic racism and race inequality across the Higher Education sector.
