Project description
This research examines the European Union's securitisation of climate change between 2007 and 2022, asking: What is the impact of securitisation on governance?
To answer this, the project develops an original analytical framework that combines securitisation theory with public policy analysis. At the conclusion of my research, I would like to emphasise that the definition of security has evolved.
