Microsoft forms

To embed a Microsoft Form into a page use the content type '11. Raw HTML, JS and CSS'. All you need is the form embed code.

Copy the embed code from your Microsoft Form and paste into the 'Code' field found in the Raw HTML content type. You'll find the embed code in your Microsoft Form under the 'Collect Responses' tab.
