2. All other types of forms
Please visit https://services.ncl.ac.uk/itservice/collaboration-services/form-builder/ or contact IT Support Service to get advice on how to use Microsoft Forms to create your form.
Why it is important Web Services don’t do this on your behalf
It is important that you own this process as you will be leading on the owning and processing the data that comes in via the form.
How to get it live on your website
Once your form is built supply us with the embed code and we will add it to your website using the correct T4 content type.
