Module 1: Getting Started
Overview
Welcome to Module 1. This module contains two training videos and one assessment form. It will help you get started in our content management system, Terminal 4.
What you'll learn in this module
The key things you'll learn in Module 1 are:
- how to log in to the Terminal 4 content management system
- what the Terminal 4 interface looks like
- how websites are organised in Terminal 4
- how to add and edit web pages
Time needed to complete this module
You'll need to set aside about 30 minutes to complete this module. The breakdown of activities is as follows:
- 1 minute: How to log in to Terminal 4, training video
- 7 minutes: An introduction to Terminal 4, training video
- 10 - 20 minutes: An assessment with a mixture of multiple choice and true/false questions

Before you begin
When you log into the Terminal 4 system for the first time, you'll only see one website - this is the 'Staff Sandbox' site that you can use throughout the training process. Request a login to the Staff Sandbox.
Watch Training Video 1
Let's start with the first training video 'How to Log in to Terminal 4'. This video teaches you the basics of logging into the content management system. This video is 1 minute long.
Watch Training Video 2
This video gives an overview of how a website is structured in Terminal 4, and how to add and edit the pages on your website. This video is just over 7 minutes long.
Complete Assessment
This assessment covers what you've learned from the 'How to Log in to Terminal 4' and 'An Introduction to Terminal 4' videos. There are three sections to complete.
