Module 3 focuses on managing staff profiles in Terminal 4. It contains one training video and one assessment form.

You'll need to set aside about 15 minutes to complete this module. The breakdown of activities is as follows:
- 4 minutes: How to manage staff profiles, training video
- 10 minutes: An assessment with a mixture of multiple choice and true/false questions

Before you begin
When you log into the Terminal 4 system for the first time, you'll only see one website - this is the 'Staff Sandbox' site that you can use throughout the training process. Request a login to the Staff Sandbox.
