Prof Richard Collier contribution to research helps provide law firms with support on workplace culture

Professor Richard Collier has contributed to new resources on workplace culture by the Solicitors Regulation Authority
Drawing on the work of LawCare’s Life in the Law Review, and colleagues have compiled the Workplace Culture Thematic Review and a set of accompanying resources for the SRA. The review is based on a survey of around 200 solicitors and feedback from a range of stakeholders and highlights best practice for delivering a positive working environment.
