Research support
Publication Fund
- Paper has been accepted for publication in an indexed journal listed in Journal Citation Report (JCR) or Malaysia Citation Index (MyCite).
- The author must be a NUMed staff and as the corresponding author of the paper.
- The paper must cite NUMed affiliation with the following address "Newcastle University Medicine Malaysia (NUMed), No. 1, Jalan Sarjana 1, Kota Ilmu, Educity@Iskandar, Iskandar Puteri, 79200 Johor, Malaysia".
Publisher Agreements
- Puiblisher agreements by Newcastle University to reduce the costs of open accessing publishing. Staff and students who act as corresponding authors to publish their research articles as open access without additional charges or discounts on publishing costs.

Student Conference Fund
- The fund provides support solely for registration fees, capped at a maximum of RM 600 for both local and international conferences.
- Its aim to empower student to improve their communication skills and consistently contribute to reputable conferences with indexed and high quality papers.
