Late Payments

If you are unable to pay your tuition fees by the tuition fee instalment date, you must contact our Finance team immediately to discuss further.

Late Payment Charges

late payment charge of RM125 may be incurred for any instalments not received by the due date.

Any direct debit or cheque payments that are returned to the University unpaid will be classified as a late payment, and the late payment charge of RM125 may be applied. Defaulting on multiple instalment payment plan may result in this facility being refused as a payment option to you in future years.

Deactivation of University Facilities

If instalments remain unpaid the University may also remove your University IT and Library facilities until the outstanding amounts have been paid in full. This means you will be unable to access your computer logins (e-mail, Canvas, file store etc.), University libraries and some University buildings.

If your access is removed, you will need to pay the outstanding amount of fees for your access to be reinstated. It can take 24-48 hours for your access to be reinstated.
