NUMed Malaysia provides medical and biomedical science programmes that are equivalent to those at Newcastle University in the UK.
Our medical and biomedical sciences training is comparable to that provided at Newcastle University but is modified to be relevant to Malaysia. Undergraduate programmes provide opportunities to study for periods in the UK. All degrees are conferred by Newcastle University, UK.
Intake
NUMed Malaysia has one intake only for its two undergraduate degrees in Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and BSc (Hons) Biomedical Sciences. Intake commences in September every year. Our Foundation in Biological and Biomedical Sciences course is a three-semester programme with a May/June and September intake.
