Non-contractual liability of public authorities and its normative foundations, social contract theories, links between continental and analytical philosophy (focusing on hermeneutics of Martin Heidegger and the late works of Ludwig Wittgenstein), theories of legal coherence, intersection between Human Rights and International Trade Law, Human Rights: critical analyses
