Welcome to your group fitness class experience

Our group fitness classes are free for all members and you can access an unlimited number of classes.

Our classes aim to work every major muscle group in your body, whatever your fitness level, creating lasting change you’ll start to notice after just a few weeks. Our fantastic instructors are on hand to motivate, challenge and guide you throughout the workout so don't be nervous – you'll do great.

Our group fitness studios are fitted with cutting-edge AV technology and innovative accessories including Les Mills Smart Tech equipment.

Location

All fitness classes take place in the studio or gym at the Sport and Fitness Centre on campus – so you can fit in your workouts around lectures. Classes run throughout the whole year.
