Group classes, like people, come in all shapes and sizes. We offer 45 cardio and strength classes to choose from each week.*
You're sure to find something to inspire you, whatever:

  • preferred workout style
  • level of fitness

You can kick and punch your way to health with a Les Mills BODYCOMBAT class.
Find some breathing space with yoga, or dance yourself fit at Zumba.

Mix up your workouts

As well as exercising different muscles, varying classes is a great way to keep motivated.
Enthusiastic, qualified instructors host our classes. They feature great music to keep you on track.

* We run a reduced number of classes during vacation and exam periods.

Class information


All exercise classes are at the University sports centre on campus. So you can fit in your workouts around lectures. Classes run throughout the whole year.
