How busy is the gym?

Which days are busiest?

There is no guaranteed time or day that our gym will be quiet. However, there are times and days that are better than others. Having looked at recent member attendances a clear pattern is now emerging when our gym is quiet and busy

What times of day tend to be busiest?

Typically, the quieter times tend to be morning (7am – 11.30am) and most of the weekend.  Our gym is busiest, weekdays 4.30pm-9pm (particularity Mondays & Tuesdays)  with occasional spikes in attendance around lunchtime (12pm-1pm). The gym is less busy on a Thursday & Friday evening with Wednesday night being our quietest evening on the gym floor.

The most important thing is that you find the days and times that work best for you! Building a regular fitness routine alongside your University study demands and social lifestyle can be hard but the benefits of regular exercise are great for your mind, body and brainpower!
