Personal training for any fitness level
You can book personal training sessions in two ways:
- one session (50 minutes) for £22
- block booking (6 sessions) for £110
Our experienced personal trainers will increase the challenge of your training, so you don’t plateau and continue to make progress.
Gym-specific training programme

Get in the best shape of your life with a personal training plan made for you and focused on your goals.
Our training programmes are designed for everyone.
They are ideal for members who have limited experience of fitness or resistance training and equipment.
Our personal training plans cost £40 per person and include 1 personal training session.
- Your personal training sessions must be paid for in advance.
- If you cancel your session with less 24 hours' notice, you will be charged in full.
- If you fail to attend a booked session, you will be charged in full.
- If you are late for your session, the time will be reduced accordingly.
- If, for any reason, we need to cancel your booked session with less than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a replacement session.
