Intramural Sport

Intramural Sport

Bond as a team and enjoy some friendly competition in our mixed ability programme.

What is Intramural Sport?

Intramural Sport will be resuming in 2020/21 in line with National Governing Body guidance. Where possible, our leagues, tournaments and coached sessions will begin October 2020. For further info please contact liam.isaac2@newcastle.ac.uk.

Intramural Sport is a programme of competitive sports held every week at Newcastle. The programme is open to all abilities.

‘Intramural’ means ‘inside the university’. We offer a wide range of leagues, cup competitions and tournaments, as well as coached sessions for those looking to develop their game. You’ll compete against teams and players of Newcastle University students and staff.

All sports take place on campus in the Sports and Fitness Centre or at our accessible outdoor venues around the city of Newcastle.

Choose your sport, find your team
