Accommodation Payments
Once you enter into a contract with us you're responsbile for paying rent; here we have all of the information that you need to understand your financial obligations, including the different payment methods available, payment dates, how to pay from an overseas bank account, what happens with your rent if you change rooms, and how to pay for managed partner accommodation.
If you’re a UK student, you will receive your student loans in three instalments. Consider setting aside funds for your accommodation expenses straight away, so that you're always able to pay your rent. If you ever need advice on money management, the Student Health and Wellbeing Service can help.
The Student Health & Wellbeing Service can offer advice and guidance on budgeting, money management, and financial assistance. The Student Advice Centre also provides free, impartial advice.
There are different options available for paying for your accommodation including paying in advance or paying by Direct Debit installments. These options will differ depending on whether you’re in University-owned, managed partnership accommodation, or private housing. Find out more about Payment Methods.
