Compliments and comments
We are always pleased to hear about your experiences, whether you would like to share a compliment, a suggestion, or general feedback about our services or facilities.
The easiest way to share your feedback is by completing our online form or speaking to your reception team.
With your permission, we may use positive feedback in our communications or promotional materials to help highlight the student experience in our accommodation.
Complaints
Talk to us first
Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally by speaking to our friendly Accommodation Teams. In fact, in the majority of cases, we are able to resolve concerns at this early stage without the need to make a formal complaint.
We always strive to do our best to support you and make your experience of living in accommodation as positive as possible. If something isn’t quite right, we encourage you to contact us as soon as you can so we can help put things right quickly.
You can contact us in the way that suits you best - whether that’s calling us, emailing us, or popping into reception during opening hours.
Making a formal complaint
If we are unable to resolve your concern informally, or if you would prefer to make a formal complaint, you can do this by:
