Within your Accommodation Team, we have a range of specialists ready to assist you with your query. We can answer a range of questions from applying for accommodation all the way to advice on settling in.

Allocations Team

Our Allocations Team are located in King's Gate. Please note from 8 July 2024, the team will be located in Great North House. They're your go-to resource for advice on room swaps and transfers, creating payment plans, and leaving early. They can also help with questions about your accommodation application or contract.

Accommodation Finance Team

Our Accommodation Finance Team can help you with payment-related queries. They can explain how to make an accommodation payment and tell you what to do if you miss a payment. If you need a rent statement, want to update your payment details, or require a refund, this is the team to contact.

ResLife Team

At Newcastle University, ResLife supports all students living within University owned and managed partnership accommodation. Our aim is to make your first year the best it can be as you transition into higher education and independent living, whilst creating new friendships. Each village has a dedicated ResLife Coordinator and Student Assistants, to support you through your academic, social and personal journey. Your village ResLife team are here to help you navigate your way through University life, whether you're feeling homesick, have money worries, not getting along with your flat mates, finding flatmates for year two; we have all of the tools to signpost you to the right support.
