Accommodation Helpline

Securing your place at University and receiving your accommodation offer is an exciting time. We understand that you might have some questions about the process, or what to do next. That's why we'll be on hand to answer your questions via our dedicated Accommodation Helpline. Give us a call on +44 (0)191 222 5102. We are available:

  • Thursday 14 August – 10:00 to 15:00 
  • Friday 15 August – 10:00 to 14:00 
  • Monday 18 August – 10:00 to 15:00 
  • Tuesday 19 to Friday 29 August – 10:00 to 14:00 (excluding Bank Holiday Monday, 25 August)
